But people have smart phones and can Google themselves?

This is true, however, our agents are trained researchers who do nothing but take care of your client's recipients. Sure they have internet access. They also have access to paid databases such as Consumer Reports, Blue Book, Zagat.com, and Hoovers.com - and a knowledge-base of over one million queries. They also can push a button on their screen which will alert available agents on their team and at anytime you can have 2, 3, 4, even 6 agents working a query at one time. Also, we perform tasks for your client's recipients. Anything from ordering flowers, travel arrangements, dictating a message, online purchasing, make calls on their behalf...you name it, we do it...and we do it better than they can. Not to mention trying to do all this while driving!

Can my client's recipients recharge the cards? What happens when a recipient wants more minutes?

No. When they run out of minutes they are directed to go back to the client or who gave them the card. This is by design because having your customer or prospect contact you when their cards runs out is one more point of contact they have with you. As you probably know, the more the communications you have with your customers, the more they will keep using your product or service.

What happens when the time is up on a card?

Two things happen. First if a caller calls in and they are low on minutes, we let them know and perform their query. If they call in after their minutes expire, we tell them that their minutes have expired and need to go to wherever they got their card from to get another one. We then perform a courtesy query.

Can I track usage?

WOW! is HIPPA compliant and secure the privacy of your clients recipients information. We cannot give information about who, how or when the cards are used.

How long are the cards good for?

The cards can be activated up to one year and after activation they are good for one year.

Why can't a caller just call from any phone?

WOW! Is a a branded service which is tied into a registered phone number.  This allows us to recognize who is calling and prevents abuse by others.

Can I change my WOW! Card greeting at any time?

Absolutely! In fact, you can change the greetings for a grouping of cards. For example, if you are going to a specific event, you can take 25 cards and change the greeting on only those 25 without affecting the rest of their cards.
